As a designer, food enthusiast, amateur photographer and tech lover I believe that experience is key in everything. Design should engage us in every way, whether itʼs in a restaurant or waiting in line in a store. My interest for experiences emerged during my exploration of play that engages us in certain tasks while still being enjoyable. Play is not all about video games and kickball but about being engaged and appreciating the experience. I apply this approach to many of my projects by captivating an audience to learn through play. In my work I promote learning through play as well as creating awareness of society issues.
Keeping up with technology is a daily routine. I enjoy tweaking electronics and finding new uses for them. Most of my interests lay in the digital realm. Working with the digital medium allows for full creative freedom, quick prototyping, and large informational access. Overall, as a society we should continually engage ourselves to learn through design and play.
